Fire Facilities provides limited warranty coverage for key components of its fire training structures, including the paint finish, materials and workmanship, insulation system and structure.
Each warranty is designed to provide added confidence in the quality, durability and performance of your training facility.
EXTERIOR & STRUCTURAL PROTECTION
Protection from the exterior finish to the structure itself.
Fire Training Tower Paint Warranty
Fire Facilities offers a 30/25-year limited warranty on the paint finish. Coverage includes chalking, fading and the breakdown of film integrity.
Fire Facilities is not responsible for damage caused by atmospheric conditions that may accelerate these paint conditions.
Structure Warranty
The fire training structure itself is covered by a five-year limited warranty, providing added confidence in the durability and construction of the completed facility.
Parts and Workmanship Warranty
Quality Materials.
Fire Facilities warrants its materials to be free from defects for one year from the date of the last shipment, excluding reasonable wear and tear.
Subject to the one-year limitation, Fire Facilities may replace or restore materials showing failure and assume the cost of labor and materials required for repair or replacement. Fire Facilities will determine the appropriate method used to restore the material involved.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty is provided in place of all other express or implied warranties. Fire Facilities’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of materials that do not conform to the applicable warranty.
Coverage does not include special or consequential damages, including damage to other property or equipment, lost profits or revenue, capital costs, replacement goods or business interruptions.
Burn Room Liner Systems
Designed for demanding conditions. Protected for 15 years.
The WESTEC® Insulation System installed on burn-room walls and ceilings is covered by a 15-year limited warranty.
The warranty covers breaks in the thermal barrier caused by cracking, breaking or spalling when the system is used under normal conditions and within recommended service temperatures.
Coverage does not include damage caused by thermal expansion, thermal contraction, impact loads or thermal shock.
Material replacement costs are not prorated during the warranty period. The supplier is responsible for 100% of the covered material replacement cost throughout the duration of the warranty.
